Guarantee conditions
1. Guarantee repair is made just with the presence of original warranty certificate.
2. Transportation of defective unit to Service Center (Riga, Pushkina 1) is made for the client’s expenses.
3. Present guarantee is valid meeting the following conditions:
- Correct and clear filling of warranty certificate, pointing production number, date of sale, business and sellers’ stamp
- Presence of original buying receipt with the date of buying; "TELESPUTNIK" reserve the right to deny guarantee repair, if client wouldn’t have above mentioned documents or its information will be incomplete or illegible. Guarantee is also invalid if production number is deleted from the product, erased, changed or illegible.
4. Guarantee includes repair works and replacement of defective parts, during the period, pointed in the warranty certificate.
5. Present guarantee does not apply to periodical maintenance and repair or replacement of the parts due to their natural deterioration.
6. Client has a right to demand the replacement of equipment to a new in following cases:
- If equipment was repaired no less than 5 time at SC during the guarantee period, pointed in the warranty certificate
- If the SC will confirm the impossibility of repair of equipment by giving the act, according to which client has a right to get new product.
7. The product is removed from guarantee maintenance in following cases:
- Presence of mechanical damage;
- Violation of safety of guarantee seals;
- Damage cause by intentional or erroneous user’s action;
- Damaged caused by consumer’s non-following service regulations, use of the product for other purposes;
- Damage or loss of product cause by force-majeure (environment, fire, lightning, etc.) , accidents, improper ventilation and so on;
- Damage caused by hitting inside of the product of foreign objects, liquids, insects;
- Presence of extraneous interference or repair works at another service center, which is not authorized by "TELESPUTNUK";
- Damage caused by changes in the product’s construction;
- Damage caused by transportation;
- Damage caused by mismatch to the State’s technical standards and norms of supplying telecommunication cable networks, using equipment in production and professional chains.
8. Products, which have lost marketable appearance, cannot be changed.
9. Guarantee cannot be applied to materials such as batteries, cables, remote control station.
10. "TELESPUTNIK is not responsible for changes in channel’s satellite transmission, and also for changes in codes of coded channels in systems (VIACCESS, SECA, Irdeto, Соnах and others).
11. "TELESPUTNIK" disclaim responsibility for any damage, directly or indirectly caused to people, pets, property, in case it was caused by mishandling, especially installation of the product.
